Welcome Pack Password Email

To ensure that a password email has been sent, you will need to look at the associated Opportunity. 

This email will be sent when the Agreement is in 'Active - Good Standing'.

By checking the status of this you will see that the status will be 'Delivered' if it has been received and 'Opened' if the email has been opened.
